Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied, or perhaps need help with the right size, you can always contact info@cosyroots.ae or +971557199902 and we will help you immediately.

Returns are possible within 14 days without any problems. Items must, of course, be unworn and unwashed, and must not show any signs of wear. We can only exchange the shoes if they are returned in the original cotton bag.
